About

This Body, Now

You don’t need another diet.
You need a gentler way to live in your body.

If you’ve spent years fighting food, worrying about weight, or grieving the changes in your body through menopause and beyond, you’re not alone.

You may come to me exhausted by rules, plans, and pressure. Here, you’ll find something different — a space where you can breathe, slow down, and feel accepted.

That’s what This Body, Now is about.

My Approach

I believe that we can trust our bodies, and that every body is worthy of care.

Instead of asking you to track, measure, or restrict, I help you listen to your own cues, savor food without guilt, and soften the judgment you’ve carried for too long.

What makes this different is not a new set of rules, but a new relationship with your body. Together, we’ll practice mindful eating, self-compassion, and body acceptance so that you can redirect your energy toward joy, connection, and what matters most.

Diets don’t work because they require us to live in a constant state of war with our bodies.
