“I’m so tired of trying to keep my body small”

“I miss the body I once had”

“I want to feel comfortable in my own skin”

Imagine if you could…

  • feel safe and steady in your own body

  • let go of the belief that your health challenges are your fault

  • spend your energy on joy, connection, and what truly matters

This is the freedom we move toward together.

i’m amy.

I’m a weight-inclusive dietitian who knows what it’s like to spend decades trying to shrink, control, and “fix” a body. I also know the relief that comes when you stop.

As you move through changes in your body—whether from menopause, illness, aging, or other life transitions—I offer support rooted in trust, compassion, and deep listening.

Together, WE CAN CREATE A KINDER WAY FOR YOU TO LIVE IN YOUR BODY.

Finding Freedom

Compassionate guidance for body grief and food Anxiety

in Body Acceptance

Through This Body, Now, you’ll find a warm, weight-inclusive space to make peace with your body as you let go of the heavy burden of rigid food and fitness rules. Instead, this work creates an open space for listening deeply to your body as you break free of the toxic elements of wellness culture.

You can feel lighter, freer, and more at ease—not because your body shrinks, but because the burden of shame lifts. That’s the freedom you can move toward. Now.

I am reclaiming trust in my body. My hunger, my appetites,
